The Opening Frame, The Pocket, and The 10th Frame all include the full BES-X experience — Mad Games on every throw, personalized graphics, and features nobody under 30 has ever seen at a bowling alley. This is not grandpa's score sheet.
Mad Games — four fast 5-frame mini-games.
Mad Games are separate 5-frame games you can play instead of (or alongside) regular bowling. Faster to finish, easier to understand, and with adaptive skill levels that keep competition fair for every age and skill.

How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots during birthday season. Saturday afternoons fill up fastest.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Party packages have a 10-guest minimum. Buffet packages require at least 20 guests. Smaller groups can book our X-treme Pack (up to 5 people).
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes — a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. It's applied directly to your final bill on the day of the event.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event are fully refundable. Within 7 days, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days.
Can we bring our own cake or decorations?
Absolutely — cakes, cupcakes, and decorations are welcome. We just ask that you skip open flames, confetti, and anything that attaches to the walls or lanes. Outside food beyond dessert isn't permitted.
Is gratuity included?
An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all party and buffet packages for our staff.
What ages work best for a BES-X birthday party?
BES-X parties are a hit with kids ages 4–14. Bumpers, ramps, and lightweight balls are available at no extra charge so every guest can join the fun.
Can we extend the party if we're having a great time?
Yes, as long as the lanes are available. Extensions are billed at our standard hourly rate and can be added on the spot — just ask your party host.
Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary needs?
Yes — let us know in advance and we'll work with you on gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergy-friendly options. A member of our team will confirm everything before your event.
When can we arrive to set up?
You're welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to drop off a cake and decorations. Earlier setup can usually be arranged — just ask when you book.
Do you host corporate events and private rentals?
Yes. We handle team-building events, company parties, and full-venue buyouts. Reach out through the form and we'll build a custom proposal.
